Whether receiving services or purchasing products at Citizens locations, using https://citizens.coop, having Citizens perform services on customer premises, or contacting Citizens Support Center, Citizens has security measures in place and takes reasonable precautions to protect against loss, misuse and unauthorized access of personal information provided to Citizens. Citizens cannot ensure or guarantee the security of any information transmitted by email, and transmission is done at the customer's own risk. Please, never send credit card, bank account, or social security information via email.
Please note: While Citizens is able to protect personal information that is provided during the course of business, Citizens cannot take responsibility for data loss on the products or systems serviced or for hardware failures. Customers will need to ensure data has been removed or backed-up in order to safeguard this information.
I, the customer, agree to the terms, conditions, and related charges for
Citizens IT services.
I understand expected turnaround time is 3-5 business days. If parts need to be ordered, it could take longer.
At time of pick-up: I, the customer, agree that all work has been completed as originally requested. I have paid any balance due before leaving Citizens office with my equipment and signing below.
